Terms of Service
Last updated: 11.08.2025.
Welcome to Slip. These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Slip mobile application (“App“) and the website located at https://slipapp.rs (the “Service“). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Slip App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Slip is a mobile application designed to help users digitize, organize, and archive fiscal receipts (slips). The App allows users to scan QR codes on receipts, save digital copies to prevent them from fading, and manage their personal or business archives. Users may also choose to share these documents with third parties, such as accountants.
3. Google Drive Integration and Backups
To ensure the safety of your digitized receipts, Slip provides an optional feature to back up your data to your personal Google Drive account.
- Purpose: The App requests access to your Google Drive solely to create a backup folder, upload your scanned receipt data, and restore that data if you change devices or reinstall the App.
- Access Level: Slip requests the minimum necessary permissions to function. We typically use the
drive.fileordrive.appdatascopes, which allow the App to access only the files it creates or the specific app-data folder. - User Control: You can enable or disable the Google Drive backup feature at any time within the App settings. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account via your Google Security settings.
4. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use)
Slip’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google Drive data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the App’s interface (i.e., data backup and restore).
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless it is necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google Drive data unless we have obtained your affirmative agreement for specific files, it is necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including data accessed through Google APIs. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data both in transit and at rest.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slip and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data (including data stored on Google Drive).
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date.“ Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
