Privacy Policy – SlipApp

SlipApp (“the App”) is owned and operated by Ivan Suknović, Republic of Serbia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we process your information when you use SlipApp.

1. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the use of SlipApp within the Republic of Serbia and is prepared in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS, no. 87/2018).

2. Data We Process

2.1. Locally Stored Data

The App allows you to store fiscal invoices in a digital form on your device.

Invoices may contain Tax ID (PIB) if issued to a business entity.

All invoice data is stored only locally on your device and is not sent to us or any third party, unless you use a future cloud backup/synchronization feature (see section 2.2).

2.2. Future Cloud Backup / Sync (Planned Feature)

If you choose to enable cloud backup/synchronization, your invoice data will be uploaded and stored on servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU).

Data will be encrypted during transfer and storage.

In this case, we will act as a data controller for your invoice data, and you will have the right to request its deletion.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

Through Google services integrated into the App:

We do not have direct access to personal identifiers collected by Google. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data:

To provide the App’s core functionality (Article 12(1)(2) Law on Personal Data Protection – performance of a contract).

For analytics and advertising (Article 12(1)(6) – legitimate interest).

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your invoice data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Invoice data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it.

When cloud backup/sync is available, data will be stored until you delete it or request its removal.

Automatically collected analytics data is retained according to Google’s policies.

6. Your Rights

Under Serbian law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we process about you.

Request correction or deletion (applicable when cloud sync is available).

Object to processing and withdraw consent where applicable.

Lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. For local storage, security depends on your device’s safeguards (PIN, password, encryption). For cloud storage (when available), data will be encrypted in transfer and at rest.

8. Children’s Privacy

SlipApp is not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published in the App with a revised “Last updated” date.
